Returns/Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Refund is not allowed. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A picture of a factory defect or damage
to the product is required and must be emailed to our email address and/or messaged to our Facebook page.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where returns/exchange are not granted.

Any item that is delivered for return more than 7 days after delivery
Damage(s) that may be considered as intentional (repairmen are to judge)
Change of mind

Exchanges / Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hybreed.bags@gmail.com or message us in our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/hybreedphilippines/ and send your item to: 12-A Pearl St. Doña Juliana Rosario Pasig City

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then the item for replacement will be processed, and will be ready for delivery after a short amount of time.

Late or missing replacement
If you haven’t received the new product yet after more than 2 weeks of approval, first check the status of shipment using your account.
Then contact us for tracking of shipment.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12-A Pearl St. Doña Juliana Rosario Pasig City

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Php2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
