1) Our normal delivery time is around 7-10 working days. Thus this may take longer if there are uncertain circumstances like Pandemic, Typhoon, or any force of nature.

2) All our items are well packed and we assure every product to be in good condition.

3) We have partnered a 3rd party courier for Cash on Delivery, hence if any delay from the service of delivery, kindly let us know and we will follow-up your item to them.

4) For Luzon area, it takes around 3-5 working days as an average estimate for the shipment alone. Visayas could take around 4-7 working days, and Mindanao for 5-10 working days. These days do not include the processing days on which day you have ordered.

We do not tolerate any joy/bogus buyers. We offer Cash on Delivery to reach people who have trust issue with online buying. Failure to receive the item with no valid reason may have been ban to our store or website.
